STRIVE staff work closely with our employers to understand their hiring needs and procedures, pre-screening all candidates to ensure that they will qualify for the positions. Our goal is to provide prompt and responsive service to every employer.

A number of STRIVE programs run career advancement programs for graduates who are excelling in their careers and are ready to be promoted or possibly to switch to another field entirely. STRIVE can offer these workers with training or experience in a wide range of occupations.
