STRIVE DC will send prescreened graduates that have met the criteria employers specified for the position. In addition, STRIVE DC will provide tailored training to further the applicant’s chance at success at employment.

STRIVE DC graduates are available for immediate hire; there is no waiting period or processes that STRIVE DC requires prior to meeting the employer’s hiring needs. STRIVE graduates can be placed in vacant positions, temporary, part-time, apprenticeships or in newly created positions.
